I would only be keeping this year's seeds until next year, next May at the latest with Morning Glory.

The cooler the room the better. Also remember some seeds don't keep well, parsnips are one, I find lettuce don't keep one the packets are opened.

I don't grow vegetables, for the most part.

Most of the seeds are unopened bought packets from this year that I want to plant next year mid May at the latest, and some that I have collected from my garden such as Nasturtium and hopefully Morning Glory when the seed heads ripen.

Obviously there is no problem at all with rose seeds because I will plant them in the spring when the hips have fully ripened on the bushes.

The unopened seed packets will be fine, generally have a sow by date on them. Morning Gllory (Ipomea) seed keeps fairly well just dry in an envelope the nasturtium should be alright as well.
