    Groan.... I am still dieting...In the States they just cut em in half on put on a buttered dish and roast them.Then scoop out the flesh... no chopping of fingers..they also cook well in the microwave that way.

    I have managed to train a man to grow it for me for the last two years..... LOVE IT!

    bit of olive oil, bit of butter, salt and pepper and roast - heaven!

    I do loads so I can freeze it, but I end up picking at it cold and non ever gets as far as the freezer - great idear thouigh1
