    The blighters haven eaten all the leave off my winter clematis. So I've just coated the plant with a garlic wash. I have just found one in the greenhouse, he's just been suffercated in a black poo bag the only thing I had to hand..salted the ones on the patio last night. One was trying to get out of the beer pot last night but I thought you don't get a cheap party on me...in you go flipped him in with a stick

      I found a band of copper tape and spraying the bottom 6" with WD40 , worked really well at keeping the blighters out . I now have some nice plastic raffia containers so don't want to stick tape and spray them , I use Bio-slug pellets sparingly , this works until you forget , then the boogers are in !
