    Marjoram is so lovely, but a bit tender, I bring mine in at nights like this. no idea about hyssop though sorry!

      Thanks Peorthine! Ill be keeping an eye on it then! may just get a little pot for it then, does the marjoram grow big? or have you found it needs any special treatment?

      Greeco, to be honest, that's my first season as a gardender, so I'm not an expert! What I know is mostly what I read here and there. My experience with marjoram so far: I use it a lot, and love its taste and aroma. Fresh is a lot milder than dried one though. It says everywhere that it's quite demanding and doesn't like cold, but my one handled moving outside and attack of thrips a lot better than oregano which is from same family, but is supposed to be a lot hardier. Marjoram also grows really quickly, and has outgrown oregano a while ago. Hope this helps! :)
