If it's that bad you should really email them as soon as possible to point out the faults. An early notification can stop them from denying the problem. You don't need to put a review up as you really want to see what their response is.

In theory, they should want to sort out the problem and that should require them getting someone to look at it to see whether it's a manufacturing problem or a problem in erecting it. It's a fair way to go about it because you need to view it from their side as well. I know that I'm such a lousy DIY person that it could easily be might fault if I had erected it

If it's a manufacturing fault then they are liable to put it right. The easiest way is for them to get someone in to do it for you - which is what I would suggest to them after they have responded to your complaint. If you're not feeling up to drafting the emails I would be happy to do it for you. :blue thumb:

        Even worse!

My response appeared duplicated, but now both duplicated responses have disappeared.

        This is becoming rather infuriating!

        Things aint right here.

And I've just lost an edit to that last post!

I'm getting rather fed up with this.

I've never failed to get a response from a company when they receive a summons through the Small Claims Court :heehee:

Correction to above:- one of the largest power companies ignored the summons so I got judgement and sent the bailiffs into their head office. That got a response! :snork:
