      The settings for the photo were ISO 80, f5.6, 1/1000. I then underexposed by -2/3 stops.

        I dont think it happened in Kent
        It was total gloom at 9am, total gloom at 9.30 and total gloom at 10am.
        In fact it didn't get brighter until about midday.

        Biggest non event I've ever seen.
