    Definitely get rid, FC! And if you can shave off a few more inches of lawn, I'd suggest rounding off the angles so you've got nice, flowing lines leading the eye round the garden. Makes for easier mowing too;)

      If it were me, I'd get rid of the path and deepen the borders, introducing some sweeping curves :)
