I've tilted! Thanks a lot, Honey Bee! I've decided which of my tinier shoots are probably the right ones - but they're not quite as far advanced as yours! Well, after all, I'm just a tad further north!

I'll post pics if they turn out to be the right things - 2 of them at the moment.....

Yours looks very healthy strongy, my treelets look rather moth-eaten compared to yours.

 

Your trees look lovely! I am very jealous as mine haven't come up- but I haven't given up yet.

 

No, don't Liz as they sometimes do take a long while sprouting. I've had that happen a couple of times.

 

I dug mine out and cracked the stone open, inside there is something similar to an almond, I replanted them and the seedlings came up in a couple of weeks.
But I think they may well have come up OK on their own.
