is it just round these parts that there has been a lack of Wasps?

The point I was making Jiffy is that as new chemicals have come along and older ones banned insects seem to be getting fewer, some more than others.

From that I can only guess that it is the new ones that are the problem rather than the older ones.

 

Or how and when it's applied
