Is this tomato blight, if not what please?

      I have the same thing on my Russian Black Seaman tomatoes. Apparently it hits in the fruit stage. Mine happened quite late on so I should be fine. Growth will just be stunted from now on. Ois a beast anyway about 5'8" tall with a lot of fruit. My other has suffered a bit. Pots will need bleaching, but I'm trying to find ways of treating the soil and not throwing it away. Its expensive!
