My mate spent hours listening to it on the radio years ago, the commentary was a real laugh.

Hi guys, I would like to bring this thread back on course if that's ok, I feel it's too important to to make light of it , I do understand that the vast majority here hate confrontation which I fully understand, hey, we are gardeners first and foremost, we like to nurture and grow, but we are also all adults and we should be able to deal with people who have a polar opinion to our own without Admin having to referee.

I think that the consensus is that it has ran its course Yvonne. The subject is much like supporting a team - you have your side and you stand by it. You may not agree with everything they do, but your support doesn't waver either.
It has been thought provoking, but ultimately it went nowhere.
The last few posts were not belittling the subject matter, loss of life or pain of anyone who has been affected by the conflict - they were nothing more than a gentle wind down of the thread.
