I hate this time of year for the very same reasons - our wee Smudge is terrified of the fireworks, and even with Adaptil and Pet Remedy he still gets himself all in a lather. His usual tack is to try and climb up as high as he can (no idea why he thinks that will help), and he sticks to me like glue when he is scared, so when they are going off he is most often found trying to climb up my chest and shoulders to get to the top of the sofa and then he will try and climb the wall.

I get torn to shreds, and I am worried that he will injure himself.
