Good luck with finding somewhere to go.
I went to Butlins with a friend when I was 16 and then again when the boys were small.
As you are on a girlie holiday you will be looking for some good entertainment to enjoy together and Butlins does offer great shows.

I hope you have fun together, let your hair down and have a great laugh :D

 

Well we went and we had a good time,more due to the good company rather than the place its self. Like most local seaside places it has seen better days.

The weather couldnt have been better and we were very fortunate. The sunset on the Friday night was to die for, that alone was well worth the trip.:yho:

They have spent millions building a new prom which is very impressive, with bike hire £1 ph, which you need to register for on line 1st.:thmb:

The biggest joke all was the £5 charge for just walking round the pleasure beach!!! (Of which we obviously didnt do)s00k

We stayed in a nice quiet Hotel between south pier and St Anns which was quite nice.

Entertainment, if that is what you would call it was at an all time low.:ywn:

So we have all agreed that from now on its bye bye Blackpool and hello to new adventures in the years ahead. So all ideas would be welcome. :thku: 02

I'm pleased to hear you had a good time although the place itself wasn't so good. That's the best thing about a group of girls out together, the fun and laughter :yho:

I wouldn't have paid £5 to walk round a funfair either. Ours here at Gt.Yarmouth is free.

You will have to think now of a good place to go. How about Brighton [not too keen on it myself] or Gt. Yarmouth which has a lot of entertainment if that's what you are after.
Alternatively try a health farm for a special treat- my fave :thumb:

 

They charge you to walk around the funfair? LOL - what a rip! Glad you had a good time.

There's a thought Jazmine - a girls pampering weekend.......hmmmmmm - I like!
