I was looking at the subjects and I have to admit although not too good at it Science and Technology appeals as does the General Knowledge.............is everyone unaminous in wanting to get rid of religion? As you say Shiney until you see the questions you can never tell.

    Yes - remove religion!!!

What happened to the 'animals' questions we had right at the start (or were they repeated when my computer was under virus attack?) - I liked them!

    Aaarghhh!!!!!.

    I didn't understand most of the questions! :( :(

Some of the answers they give a choice of are obviously just for fun so it reduced the amount of guessing - but it was all guesses.

I was lucky to get 6 :thumb: :)

    If I was able to understand the questions I might have got 12 :D :D :D :D :D

What a way to end the month! That has certainly cut me down to size. Lol. Bottom, hee hee hee, at least I can come in without worrying that someone is going to lob rotten cabbages and tomatoes at me with a score like that.:o:D

Still got the steal splint for my wrist for another week or two, using it less as I go!:thumb::D

    Hi Moyra,
It was me and I've had some more thoughts :) (always a bad thing )

There needs to be some way of deciding the month's result (the quiz website probably has the best way) and taking it on the total score you have had over the month has got a similar downside to that of dividing the score by the number of times you have played.

As you say, that if you divide your total by the number of times played then some people may only play on subjects they know will give them a better score.

If you do it by just taking the total then anyone who has missed a couple of days will know that they don't stand a chance and may not bother to continue.

Of course, we are all doing it just for the fun of it anyway :thumb: :thumb: :D :D so what the hell! :)

If the quiz software is using a good scoring algorithm then it will take all that into account and may also be adjusting each day's score depending on how many people have played. I'm going to check that out today :thumb: :)

I've just been out in the garden collecting rotten cabbages and tomatoes and building a ballista so they would reach you ;) :p :)

I'm pleased that your wrist is getting better. :thumb:
