Under the list of 'Colours' it has a 'Clear' option. I'd be inclined to phone the manufacturers and check with them.

This week I managed to get the site laid out, as I want it, and it is ready for my paths to be laid when I next have time,
The heavy frost we had last weekend has done a good job of breaking the soil up,

I have all I need to get this done, just I need it to be a bit drier to work in, and more time
Crimbo is nearly upon us, I have a lot of jobs and travelling to do
I always pop down South to visit my Brother for a couple of days before Crimbo, If I stop we
will not see each other for years, He is unable to travel
Of course the problem I have is now our Bridge has closed, there is an additional two hour detour to add on to my journey

Well I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, May all your Tatties be big ones

After a lot of going on's in my life and apart from the dreadful weather, I managed to the lotty today,
The turned over soil is breaking down nicely, to a crumbly mix, I managed to get a couple of raised beds positioned, and laid paths, Heavy Black plastic and thick bark chip mulch

My second visit in four weeks, down to the weather, or sods law, Lent my car to family member to manage current disaster, and it turned out to be the only dry day of the month

At the moment the allotment is totally bare, all plots turned over awaiting a good frost, but I need about three eight hour shifts, to have it as I want it and ready to go

Wish list complete, and several garden centre gift vouchers to assist

The wish list is basic stuff nothing exotic, two lots of early tatties, one lot of second early, and three lots of main crop, then all the basic brassica and bean stuff
Using the raised beds for the salad stuff

I am envious both of your growing zone and your having an allotment .

Hearing about it at least lets me enjoy gardening vicariously. Thank you for sharing!

only 3 more months of frozen ground here.....

Jack where did you get your pallet collars from that I can see in one of your photos? I live in Glenrothes and have been trying to get some of these. I have an allotment up at Altyre. Cheers Dennis

They come from the new forth road bridge, encasing cable connectors
They are £5 each fold flat so you can transport in a car
            Available on Facebook
Other than that I do not know, but if you PM me I will contact my daughter who found them to give the full info
They really are brilliant, you can fold them flat to store or transport
or flick them open, to make a base or stack two or more together

You have to go to Rosyth to pick them up (If you can not travel I may be able to persuade my Son in Law to get them for you, but pay a minimum cost of his fuel 50 miles about) It would just be his fuel cost, no I want this or that

PM me with your phone contact

            Regards Jack McH

I could pick these up no problem in the car. Unfortunately I am not on Facebook

Jack you are a gentleman and a scholar for sharing this information. Got 12 this morning - now in greenhouse drying out before being given a couple of coats of preservative then cover the inside with some black plastic ground cover. Will make fantastic tiered strawberry bed. Once again many thanks for putting me on to these. p.s Donna also gave me 6 free range eggs from her chickens - bonus.

I inherited gnome and just now he is called "Gnomee" and does a good job

I also have three Robins that all appear as I open the shed, I admit I give them meal worms
but they are now almost tame, they will sit on my knee when I sit in the shed but will not take from my hand
I have surprised myself with what I have achieved with my condition, as after six months of rain I am almost ready to plant my Tatties, and all other areas turned over tilled and weed free

I already said today I am ready to net up as we have an atrocious pigeon problem, along with squirrels who quite like strawberries, but I have time for that yet

Julie (aka Mrs Jack) is about to get her bathroom back and Hedgehogs is to provide my plants at the going rate

local Fife Hedgehogs is more commercial, Bridgend more private both with good rates

@silu I may be in need of some ANCIENT mares best soon

                        Regards Jack
