    The TV chefs have got into this bigtime and we are being encouraged to ask for coley instead of cod etc. The supermarkets have not really got the message as they are still selling cod, salmon and tuna on their fresh fish counters, but coley, whiting etc. (viable alternatives) are in the freezer. That is the situation where I live, anyway.
