I wish!

Despite the fact that they've already done my windows, doors, gutters, soffits and fascias a 'well known' company still thinks I need solar panels! Clearly they haven't looked out of their windows lately

I've been invited to buy at least 2 new suites - despite my current one being only 18 months old.

A certain DIY chain is anxious for me to visit their Summer Sale (twice) - where I can buy a ride-on mower for £900

Evidently my drive needs doing according to 3 companies - who've never seen it and thus don't realise it's a mere 13' long

I need to think of my loved ones by paying now for my funeral - like that's gonna happen!

Would I like laser eye surgery? - No-one is coming anywhere near my eyes unless it's a medical emergency; least of all anyone who needs to tout for business.

Despite having bought our youngest daughter a new Fox last April and myself a new Golf last November, my local VW dealership is wondering whether I'd like to '..consider the new range of highly efficient Golf models'

And finally, I've been invited to St. James's Place for a financial review - presumably so they can tell me I can't afford any of the above.

 

Shiney, so that's why I haven't received anything from you. Including the begging letters,lol.

At the moment we get more take-away menu's than anything else. Another 'luxury' we don't do! Saying that we did have friends round last night and had one (no, I'm not a liar this was totally unexpected, lol) but I didn't eat much of it and managed to totally muck up the telly so I can only watch basic on the lounge one, the rest don't work! That's our tea today - left overs! Yum.
