    I thought it was dranunculus vulgaris Fancy.

    I'll have to come up with some more mystery plants later, in the mean time anyone got any.

    very nice flower Fancy, quite memorable look...
    I have definitely seen it before, but I cannot identify it I am afraid.

    A big thank you to you all.

    thank you Pete for the name of this flower. I bought 6 bulbs last year and lost the paper work. each bulb was the size of a tea plate. have been waiting for this to flower for the past 2 weeks. the flower smells of rotting cabbage and my sister-in-law thinks its a very rude looking flower [​IMG]

    Another one for you clever guys. the height of these 4 long thingys have now reached 12' it has little stems with green prickly baubles at the end of it. can be use for cut flower decoration in the winter. need ID on this one please.

    Pete the plant itself is like a pineapple plant. Will try to put pic on tomorrow if its not raining.
