Aha! Thanks @Obelix-Vendée . I was looking for 2024 I think. My eye probably skimmed over that one because it's got 2023 in the title.

 

I find the mountain symbol needs a URL, so only really works for pictures on the web, to get pictures from your PC its best to use the "Upload file" button at the bottom.

 

@Valley Gardener and @ViewAhead , if you want to find other members there's a search facility.
At the top of the screen where it says "Home", "Forums" "Gallery" etc at the far right is "Members". Click on that and on the right hand side is a search box.
Start typing the name you're looking for in there and a list appears. Click on the appropriate name and it gives you various options including starting a conversation (PMs)

@pete, on an ipad, clicking on the mountain symbol opens a pop-up with the choice to go straight to your photo album.

 

Many thanks for your help. I think its going to take me a while to find my way around here as I also have to get used to a computer instead of my trusty old Tablet!
So far none of my Photos have been downloaded to the computer. I will need OHs help with that!

I'm new too, and I'm slowly working my way around everything. The Mods are very helpful, though, so if you get really stuck, just yell for assistance.

So it does differing things depending on what Browser or system you are using.

 

It would seem so! And it may be different again if accessed from a phone, but mine is a dumb-phone (aka a phone in the olden days ) so I can't experiment.

 

I just tried it on my Samsung phone and again it just has a space to insert a URL.
