The 'trimmed up' house is quite a find Kandy never saw one quite like that before.

The lovely black dog looks like a nosy local watching you while leaning over the wall like that, just needs a flat cap and a pipe to complete the picture! :D

What can I say about the cottage sitting near that old bridge? Simply stunning!

Looks like the Lab could do with a legup to get over the wall, like the pictures of the river you can almost hear the water.

Hi Pete,Helen and Walnut. The Lab was hanging over the wall as we walked along the road so I quickly took the photos of it posing :D

KG,It is a Buzzard in the photo not an Eagle. It was tethered up in the garden of the Falconry Centre and I didn,'t realise that it was there. There was also a couple of Harris Hawks but the Buzzard ones came out better.

Walnut,I have been experimenting with Mr Kandy's help to get the frozen water shots but like everything else it is a steep learning curve. [IMG]

Hi Rosa,I forgot that with you being in Goa you would have missed them. The Lab was hanging over the wall as we walked along the road at Allerford,so I couldn't resist taking his photo

Nathan7.The bird of prey is a Buzzard. It belongs to the Bird Of Prey Centre at Allerford and I was actually trying to take a photo of a hanging bird house and he and some Harris Hawks were on their perches in the garden.I expect it lets them get some fresh air. [IMG]
