Mine is a Fuji S602Zoom Finepix, I am just getting to grips with the basics on it. My dad has been trying to explain Fstops and things to me but at this stage it's a step too far, I need to practice what I've learnt so far first! [IMG]

Thanks Kandy, I have 'borrowed' it from my dad who has been a photographer for many years, he bought the camera but isn't patient enough to learn how to transfer his skills to digital and hasn't been using it. Rather than spend money on one straight off I thought I would have a go with this one and see how I get on.

I am certainly enjoying myself so far!

Hi Kandy, lovely flowers and pics; what is the pale pink, almost white cluster flower from 13 may, between the poppy closeup and the pale pink Aquilegia?
I like the look of Alliums, but as my wife has a severe allergy for anything of the onion family dare not go near them, the smell can make her ill, the taste send her to bed for 3 days with sickness, rash and pains.
    Cheers MIKE

Hi DM,that flower is actually white thrift.I think the name is Armeria Maritima-Alba.We used to have the pink one,but it grew large and then died.We have just bought a repalcement from our local nursey.I haven't been able to grow them from seed yet.I too like Alliums, sorry though that they have such an effect on your wife, what a shame.

Glad you like the photo's though
