Thanks pete. The new leaves of the Castor Oil Plant are a lovely colour. Our neighbour has given us 2 self-grown Castor Oil Plants for the past several years, sometimes they do well, other not. This one even bloomed this year.

How on earth did i miss this? I have written down the names of several of your beautiful plants to research and see if my neck of the woods is suitable for them.

Well done, and fantastic photography too [IMG]

Thanks ag. All of our plants are easy ones - if they need lots of TLC then they are in the wrong garden. Everything must fend for itself with only a minimum of help from us.

Pete, if you say lots of water and heat, then they sure had enough of both here this year.

Hi, Sis. I think it all looks remarkably well after your long absence in Florida. Well done.

I'll have to get a bit of that varigated Geranium from you as I've not seen it here. Is that one you got from the Geranium nurseries near us in Bucks? Actually, it was in Oxon, wasn't it?

    Thanks Sis.

Yes, it might be one of the geraniums I bought in the Beckwood Nurseries in Beckley. Everything I bought there were minis, but several grew up into regular or giants in the end.

Hi Kedi, looks like you have a fab garden there. How long did all this take you to create? Is it all your own handywork? Cheers...freddy.

    Hi Freddy, and thanks.

We have been living here for 31 years so things got changed around a lot. The pond was put in in 1988, after we first got rid of a hillock! I get the ideas and do the planning, much to Hubby's horror, and he ends up with the work. That is called Good Organization and Work Delegation :D To be honest, I did a lot of the mountain moving and hole digging for the pond, didn't leave it all to Hubby and Son.
