The pond in the autumn -

Kedi,I do so love this photo.How did you manage to get the water moving?It is brilliant

A feather, found floating in our pond today -

 

This one was taken about 3 weeks ago. The red water lilies have started to sprout leaves -





Today I noticed that the water snails are there and plenty of babies too. I just hope that the one blackbird doesn't get them all again, as he has specialized himself in having them for lunch.











I wonder if anyone knows what this is - a water fungus or toad spawn or ???? Sorry the pic is unclear and with a flash but I couldn't get any closer or I'd have fallen in.

 

Thanks woo, and that is true about it being so peaceful. I love walking around and seeing what sort of critters are to be seen or what is growing or blooming.

You moved your pond from the right to the left side of your garden, didn't you? How is it now, has it settled down and new life appearing in it?

I don't remember seeing any pics of it or did I just miss them ? :confused:
