I had acupuncture must be 30yrs ago now for severe backache I have never looked back not had a sore back since its a wonderful not to have back problems .

I am waiting to see an orthpedic consultant been waiting since end of Nov although sore feet been bothering me for more than two yrs.

I need to use special soft insoles and I sent on the internet last week for jitterbug gells they also give me extra relief this is what all

the dancers have in there shoes.

My late brother had to have a knee replacement two yrs ago just had it done about a month after was told he was in the early stages of MND it was rapid but inth eshort time of his new knee he certainly coudl walk very well and no pain.

He was in a bad car smash in 1969 it was no this fault he was nearly killed then.
