Thank you for the update and I'm glad she is well. :) With you keeping her supplied and with natural prey she obviously hasn't got a problem finding food.

Maybe she is getting on in years (although she doesn't look old) and producing kits is now at and end. If she's around next year perhaps that may shed some light on whether she'll have any more youngsters.

She is the only fox I have seen so it may be a shortage of males, still I have hope. She did have a kit last year but it has since disappeared.

I found my first Wasp spiders of the year, still very small but it already has the distinct banding. and the vertical stabilimentum on the web.

A new visitor to the garden, probably interested in our resident doe as it is rutting season now.

Wall Lizards out around Durlston Castle, our native Common Lizards can scramble over rocks and low walls but not vertical wall like these.

@strongylodon you are amazing with so many spectacular photos of so many different animals. It must be where you live that gives you this diversity. Brilliant just wish we had these as well.

@OntheLevels, Thankyou, I am lucky to have the diversity here, Amazingly we have just had four young Osprey fledge at a nest nearby.
There are about 6 sites along the Dorset coast where Wall Lizards can be found plus a colony in Bristol and other places in the South. No one seems to know how so many have originally been (illegally) released. They are native to the Channel Islands.

Rosie still comes by every other day or so to check her P-mail. She is really looking good, one of my neighbors is missing a few chickens, I wonder if there is a connection.

Great images!! I have lived here for decades and for the first time my trail camera has captured the image of a buck. I am not surprised as all of the does have fawns, but where has he been hiding all these years is the question?

I have been trying to get a photo of this animal since my trail camera first captured an image of it more than a month ago. The image was at night, and at a distance, so I could not determine much from it. Today, I finally got an image of it, but it is quite a bit larger than I thought they were. I thought it was about the size of a house cat, however they are much larger. It is a Bobcat, so known because of the stubby tail.

Here is the reason why we don't have many slugs in our garden in Norfolk. Looking through the dining room window.

@Busy-Lizzie wish our relocated hedgehogs would do their job here in our veg area.
Working near one of our ponds suddenly an adult frog jumped out of the planter of Hebe Enid White and shot off into the spiney. Great to see one as we very rarely do.
