        Ive been bit by them before they can be nasty, one day i went to a farm to seek metal detecting permission and 6 run at me and one took a bite, when the farmer come round the corner all he saw was me standing there with a stick and started having a go at me, hold on a minute ones just took a lump out of my leg anyhow i got permission.

          Collies are sneaky. They go past you and when your not looking they turn around and have a go at your lower leg.
          Or worse if your walking a small dog they will have a right sneaky go at your dog

                        Many of you have seen my posts about a mystery animal that is raiding one of my bird feeders at night. I thought it best to transfer my posts here to the Land/Water Wildlife thread from the 'What's Buzzing or Flying Near You' thread.

                        Tonight is my first vigil to see if I can catch this furry, probably four legged friend on camera. I'm sitting here in darkness (it's only just dark) hoping that it will visit sooner rather than later. We'll see if anything turns up! :)

                              First (Italian) Wall Lizard I have seen this year, I've no idea who introduced them or why but they seem to be thriving along the Dorset coast.
