        Hello @Jiffy my friend and thank you,yes they seem to stay in the garden year after year,for some reason,I think its because I don't like mowing the lawn to short,I like to leave the grass long;):smile:

          So far the wild life here have gone into hiding :sad: not many birds,bee's,moth's and butterfies

                        Different white Sika to the above one as it has the start of antlers (velvet) and is even paler.

                              At last I have found some Wasp Spiders, I saw none last year, plus a couple of Raft Spiders.
                              September is a better time to spot them as the female makes thick white zigzag webbing which here they have just started. They are at the northerly edge of their range only found from Dorset, Wiltshire and the SE of the UK. Their bite is comparable to a Bee sting.
