Latest moan from me and you!!!

Shiney....i thought that too....that they might say it was put there afterwards i just wish i'd gone round the car park looking at other cars to see where others had put thier tickets and see if they'd got a 'ticket'.....mine was put in such a place that i would have to remove it to see where i was driving..... i wouldn't be so cross if i'd have just put it in my bag and not displayed it....i've done that before but got away with it....that would have been my own fault and would expect to pay up....but not this time.....they're in for a fight with this one

PS...if anyone bakes me a cake....shuv a file in it please

Can I ask who owns the car park i.e. is it council owned or privately owned like NCP or the the car park of a private business such a retail park?

 

It's the council Yvonne.....i understand in other towns the 'wardens' take pics...i hope they do here...forgot to mention that to them on the phonebut they wouldn't even discuss it with me on the phone anyway.....
When i first parked up 2+ hours earlier i saw the 'chappie' having a good look at the cars....i'll keep my thoughts to myself...he was oviously on a mission

 

That's a shame, if you get a parking charge on private land, it's much easier to fight. I would suggest you check out the forums on moneysavingexpert.com as there are loads of very helpful people on there

Think we must be lucky our town car park is very good, it has three big large areas, one of which gets taken up on market day, the wardens are usually pretty good. Good luck with your appeal lolimac.
