speaking of a regular garage. we have one attached to the house, it has two cars in it, both my husbands, his hobbies. then there are two other garages, one with another car, and one just as large with stuff, it is to house the car that is in the first garage but it is now being worked on. bottom line in the 27 years of living here cannot recall when I drove my car in to the garage out of the rain to unload groceries.

" it has two cars in it, both my husbands....... "

First of all you tell us you've got two husbands ( greedy girl :) ) , but worst of all is that you won't let them in the house and you keep them locked up in the garage :)

I hope they get on well :)

Just repainting my garden gate . I had all the ironware stripped off and hanging from a wire for spraying. Just finished the second coat - all looking very smart. Suddenly the hinge boinged off its hook and headed to a very dirty garage floor . I now have a fluffy hinge :gaah:

It took me 3 months to get the phone and broadband set up, luckily we could use next doors broadband.
Then later in the year we lost all freeview signals, tried filters but had to resort to sky.

Found out it was talk talk Router in neighbours house interfering with the signal. That's now been sorted.

                          Dear Customer Service

When a client calls to inform you that their beloved pet has died, so the insurance details can be updated accordingly, perhaps you could conjure up a more sensitive way of ending the call instead of:
                          "Have a Nice Day!"

@"M" I'm sure the person who said that probably blushed at their blunder. I'll never forget years ago when I used to help back up the reception desk (and they had a cord board, so that was a looong time ago!) that later that night, I picked up my home phone and said "Thank you for calling XYZ company. How may I direct your call?"
