Yes, it’s cut up a lot of people the last couple of day, so terribly sad. Apparently the 5 year old wobbled off his bike from the pavement into a van.

There seem's to be a new trend going about, so watch out!!!!, The new trend is that teenagers walk out in front of cars and then turn back half way across the road etc and there's one where teenagers will laid down in the road at night  one child has already been killed, so watch out

On the subject of traffic, is it just me?
But why do people who are entering a parked car look at you as you approach the car but still continue to walk out into the road, they then even open the door to get in, often forcing you to stop.

The other thing I notice is when approaching parked cars on the opposite side of the road, the traffic coming towards you just follow through.
I thought if the obstruction was on your side of the road you were supposed to give way, but they don't anymore, they just follow through.

Because Pete, many people today are inconsiderate, disrespectful, selfish and greedy and ignore the existence of others.

There are just so many numpties about nowadays. Mobile phone zombies, mid life crisis bikers, lycra clad camoflaged cyclists, and eegits that think an airbag will save them when they crash at high speed in their little cars.

It's funny you should say that @WeeTam. A month or so ago my son's father-in-law was rear shunted by another driver. The driver said to him "my car usually tells me when I'm going to crash!" :thud:

But will it screech to a halt Pete, they've already had accidents. I'd trust a human driver over technology any day! :)

Sadly, Boeing is an example of what can go wrong!

My car yells sometimes at me when there's a parked car on my side of the road, facing me, and it thinks I might hit it. It doesn't seem to yell so much if it's facing away from me. :noidea:

The trouble with that is that it keeps waking me up! :heehee:

It makes me laugh when you hear people say "Oooh it's a bad road for accidents that one"..to me all roads are pretty safe it's the twerps that make them 'bad'.

We went to visit a house and garden today. On the sixty mile journey back there were lots of roadkill beside the road. Four badgers, three pheasants, another large bird, one muntjac and one fallow deer. :cry3:

Out of all the lawn I have in my garden, why has one of the local badgers found and decided to dig up the two small pieces of turf I've used as patches, grrrr!
