@KFF I can't get my multi-quote to work (not my moan) but the above was my reply.

 

Don't worry about it Vicky, I'm always having problems with the quote thing. On my mobile the little balloons you have to move are tiny and they go everywhere, that's why I just use the quote thingy more.

 

@KFF ... and then I lost half my post! It was saying my reply to JWK on 6 April.

I don't see how anyone "types" on a mobile. I have slim fingers and long fingernails and can barely manage a keyboard these days ... life was easier with typewriters and I could easily do 100 wpm (best was 128 wpm on a manual one-minute timed test in college). Keyboards have also ruined my handwriting.

 

There's probably a lot of things that were you though, over the centuries

 

I've got some of those retractable biros that have a soft nose.
Its the only way I can do anything on a mobile phone.

 

Are they selling tickets for their performance? I guess the statues don't have speaking parts.

Here we go.

Emailed my bank asking whether I could use both the mobile banking app and the pc banking app to manage the same accounts. Seems a fairly straight forward question about functionality - no sensitive details given or requested.

The response?

We can't identify you as a customer from your email address - data protection and security considerations mean that we can't respond to your query. You must either telephone us or send us a message via the pc banking app.

Which roughly translated means either 'no one knows the answer' or 'I can't be bothered to find out'.

I ended up trying to log in on both systems (which is dangerous as I could have been locked out) and the answer is yes, you can use both systems. Perhaps I should have done this first without making a nuisance of myself with the bank.

Do you think I should email then again to let them know - yes you can use both.

 

I use my phone and my pc to access my bank account.
