Agree. Infection does spread quickly and can do a lot of harm. Get some pills and proper cleaning on it @pete and you'll be right as a raisin in a few days.

Nearly. At least you tried very hard, and I'm sure there are lots and lots of people who actually like that kind of... music. Sadly, neither none was around when the voting happened and apparently also James Newman's Mum just nipped to put the kettle on missing her chance to vote.

Well, it could have been worse, at least you didn't come last.

      ...wait... :heehee: ;)

I have zero interest in Eurovision which is a coincidence as that's the same number of points we got

I think I heard a bit of the winning "song" on the news.
TBH, if that is what they consider to be music I can see why we ended up where we did.

It was a respectable joint last, much better than our results since about 1981

To be fair - the UK song was tat. It was nearly as bad as the German song. I reckon Finland should have won. Some bloke prancing half naked around the stage and screaming into a microphone - that's just not my cup of tea.

I got back from A&E a couple of hours ago, they said its infected and gave me some antibiotics.

Strange thing, the Doctor had already written on the box before she saw me, and I saw her come back, with a carrier bag of stuff from presumably the pharmacy, as she went straight over to another person who had seen her earlier and gave them a box of something.

So my infection was probably already diagnosed in the triage area.

She made me take off the dressing I had put on, so she could see it, her last words, as I was pushed nearer the door was, make sure you keep it covered.

So off I went with it oozing a brown liquid.

All the (organic, 30p cheaper than standard which also were sold out) Custard Squash seeds sown 7 days ago and those sown a few days ago show no sign of germination

Rather than take it up with Premier Seeds through Amazon, yesterday I simply ordered a standard pack assuming they' must be from a different source and should be fresh stock, will arrive today and I'll take it up with them later, after I get results from 2nd packet and see whether I've lost one week of growing or more.

P.S. What surprised me was my £1.69 order of a single packet of seeds dispatched from Amazon has been sent via DPD which must have cost many times what I paid got those seeds.

How the heck did our health people find time to send me a poo-on-a-stick test kit  whilst all of this '19 mess is going on :yikes:

Oh well, at least I collect my own sample which is pretty hard to do as I generally only puff pixie dust...:heehee:

I get those every two years. The latest one was more high tech and just a single sample.
