Every where is pricey these days, it's mostly that I have other places nearer that I tend to forget about Homebase but it's always worth a look, I have, in the past, seen some good house plants that are not so common in there.

 

Is it just me or does anyone else find all the talk about terminal illness and depression on the TV, downright , well, depressing.
The morning news programme on BBC is always about cancer or other deadly diseases and just put Countryfile on and its all about mental health.

No wonder half the country are close to suicide because they just keep jamming it down our throats, you either watch cartoons and total fantasy or get this kind of stuff.

 

I dont worry about any of this. Something will get you in the end. The only question is did you make the most of the time you have been given.

What a load of nonsense. We will only see driverless vehicles when every vehicle on the road is driverless.

The UK's first full-sized driverless buses have started operating for passengers in Edinburgh. Despite the "driverless" name, the buses operate with two staff on board. One will sit in the driver's seat to monitor the technology, and a so-called bus captain will help passengers with boarding and buying tickets.

So that would be driver and a conductor then?

The other thing. Electric cars are 30% heavier than their petrol equivalents. A problem as quite a few bridges cannot take the additional load.
