Do they have to career around the country for 5+ weeks, pulling off stunts and annoying locals? :th scifD36: I blame the media. Without the cameras following their every step, there would be no need for all the antics. :nonofinger:

Rolled up shirt sleeves when on the campaign trail ( presumably meant to convey We Mean Business ) - surely short sleeve shirts are available to buy for use every 5 years or so ?
I quite like the Labour plan to bring down the NHS waiting list to zero within 5 years - reminiscent of the £30 + million on the Brexit Bus.
Perhaps it's time to form a new party ? The Latest Moan Party - at least the MP fits

Diane Abbot was sent on an antisemitic course?
I didn't realise there was such a thing, you think what you think its not like you can convert people, and people should be free to think what they like.

I've thought there was health problems there for a long time, but maybe she doesn't want to admit it.

She was very shaky when speaking to the Hackney crowd.

Meanwhile, my moan is ... flippin' weather! Fed up. :th scifD36: My Magnificum geraniums are always self-supporting, but right now they look like a baby rhino has sat amongst them! Grrr.

Couldn't agree more @ViewAhead - wind is incessant here as well - anything taller than a couple of inches is suffering.

I was also shocked at Diane Abbot's appearance on the news last night. She always seemed such a lively character previously. I don't know whether it's just the politics which has impacted her or whether it is more personal.
                    Hope she "picks up" soon.

I've always thought she was a dangerously stupid (on purpose) woman who takes advantage of her minority status to say and do things that would not be tolerated in others of any sex or different hue.

@Obelix-Vendée , thanks for your advice on cutting rebar but as I'm trying very hard these days not to cut myself on anything (taking blood thinners!), I'd better pass on the angle grinder/bolt cutters and confine myself to the wooden stakes!

Hope Possum can get her voting problem sorted.

It was an online one too so obviously taking it very seriously
I always thought she was dumb as mud (as bugs bunny said, 'mud spelled backwards is dum') but have to admit that didn't see that what she said was so shocking
