Lavender cuttings - taking and growing

    Cut it back after flowering. You only need to take the flower spikes off (should be OK to do it now if you didn't do it last Autumn). Do NOT cut back into old wood (which won't be a problem until the plant is quite a bit bigger). For a row of Lavender I think the idea is to take cuttings and replant about 1/3rd or 1/4 each year - they don't live forever ...

    mine always worked well in my beach like sandy garden but they hate my clay current garden...that is both th cuttings and the plant. Good luck
