Thanks :) I'll post another update in a few weeks time to see how it's going

This is from Friday evening past. I hadn't cut it since my last photo to give the new seeds the best chance to grow. It has filled out quite well in places but there are a few spots that need improvement.

I plan to remove the plants along the fence and turn that area into a neatly defined bed with a decent edge and run that down the length of the garden.

Looking fab! Make sure you cut the grass in alternative directions each time, will ensure some good growth.

Personal choice but I would leave the plants that are down the side at the moment. Make a nice curved border down that side. Always good to have some established plants. :-)

          Cheers!

I added in some NK Fertilizer yesterday - 16-0-5 to help green it up and strengthen it a bit. Around the end of September time I plan to add in an Autumn feed for stronger roots. Attached photo from this morning.

I took out the small shrubs as they were dried up and struggling. I plan to keep the established tree. I hope to build a raised bed, maybe one foot off the ground and run it down the fence. I am drawn to a straight bed for some reason!
