I'd just like to say that the new ideas look good Nathan.
As to the gallery, I think it will take off more when we actually have a gallery to look at, I know we have to start somewhere and a basis is needed, but I'm sure much will be added once its up and running. [IMG]

I quite like the idea of a chat room and the flexibility that a " front page " would bring.

I love the idea of a chat room as long as people understand that it is for chat and complicated questions should still be posted in the normal way.

None of us are kids (the younger (most are about 30+) members are gardeners first so no prob.) and I doubt if we will get invaded by loonies.

My one small worry is the the admins and mods may have to watch a little closer but maybe the appointment of a new couple of 'chat-room mods' or whatever would solve that. Don't forget this is instant.

Just thought. Politics should be banned.

Who the hell ruled out gardening? Must be the one thing we all agree on? [IMG]

Pete. There are 2 things you never discuss in a pub - politics and religion. But we can discuss who buys the next litre. [IMG] :D

" Complicated questions should still be posted in the normal way ". Surely, only gardening questions are complicated? :D :D

But John, that was answered by Steve Masoch & Martin Desade in their paper on "The Serendipidous Conjoining of Nurture and Diet in the Home and the Modern Classroom" .... [IMG] :D

No wonder you retired early, John. By the way, it looks as if the chat room is up and running. [IMG] :D :D
