Excellent :dbgrtmb: but, to be fair to the breed ...

... :rrant: *all* dogs (all breeds, all sizes, all mixed, all ages) should be reared and trained properly! It gets my goat that some people buy a smaller dog and never take it for training but seem to think that only large breeds or "named" breeds (e.g. pitbulls, staffs etc) should be the ones in *need* of training. :rrant: Rant over  :heehee:

      So, so true @"M" !

A few weeks ago my dogs and I were traumatised at the start of our walk, as there were two chihuahuas running loose on the street, charging in and snapping at my two dogs, before running away, and then coming back again. I have a 9yr old, and an 11 yr old, the 11yr old has serious back problems, has had to learn to walk again following partial paralysis 18 months ago, and also dislikes other dogs with a passion. But my two weimaraners were under control (just!), whilst there was no one with the chihuahuas. They also nearly caused a road accident (and it would have been me that was hit by the car...)
      As you say...
      :rrant: Rant over

Here they would spell it Loke, or sometimes Locke. It means "closure" as in closing a ring. According to legend, he was the son of two giants.

With the reputation Pit Bulls have for ending things, the name is a good choice.

        Congratulations!

Loki, now turned four months old on a five hour journey in the back of my son's car.

With Riley on the same journey, boredom has obviously got the better of them. :)

As requested @Loki. :) These pictures were taken last year, I'll have to get my son to take some more.

With his partner in crime Riley. Loki is almost twice the size of Riley but the picture below is deceiving.
