Some people drop out because of bad health, or even worse, and others just find they're too busy to continue on here. A few, unfortunately, take offence to something that has been said and a very few may have been banned - but I still miss them.

With some of them I know why they're no longer on here but others I have no idea about. I'll include both.

If you're still looking in sometimes then we'd love to hear that you're OK. Or just PM me.

    Well, here goes:-
Some of the members I miss on here (there are others but I can't always remember their names  or they have already been mentioned),

I recall some of those names. Dorset Mike was asked to leave I believe, he was one of the group on Pop Inn.

Sarraceniac, if I remember rightly, left after being told how the NHS runs by Progard who`s brother was training to be a nurse at the time. For those who don`t know, Sarraceniac is/was a retired surgeon.

Good evening  I never think of anyone as leaving just taking time out on a temporary basis, for all kinds of reasons, sometimes life just takes priority;)

I think it was immediately after he was reprimanded for the way he answered Progard, at least, that's what he told me. :dunno:

Some I don't miss, the guy banging on about covering his allotment with plastic bottles and an incomprehensible website and rosebay I think it was who constantly stirred up trouble.

I can't think of anybody currently posting falling into that category, all seems very harmonious ATM.

I miss reading Kristen's take on larger scale projects (I rent 2/3 acre, but do it more frugally), and still read his blog (link at bottom of his GC posts).

And that's where I discovered (from a tip I posted here) that he classed me as a friend! From https://kgarden.wordpress.com/?s=mypex regarding my GC tip http://gardenerscorner.co.uk/forum/...ssing-membrane-mypex.68728/page-2#post-830683
