    My favourites... so difficult as all the photos are just fantastic....

    1: Dave W..... Refuelling........ such an elegant photo

    2: Scrungee... Grasshopper.....fantastic detail wish I could do a joint 1st

    3: Bilbo675 ..... Enchinacea Really!...... vibrant colours just lovely... stands out

    1...Scrungee...Fly on Thistle Flower. Colourful, sharp and good detail.

    2...Capney...Hover Hungry. Lovely detailed shot.

    3...Scrungee...Grasshopper. Visually striking and something a bit different.

    1st.......Dave W.......Refuelling........No background distraction here which creates a bold, clear shot of the subject.

    2nd.......Scrungee.......Grasshopper.......Lovely detail on an unusual subject.

    3rd.......Hydrogardener.......Bougainvillea.......A lovely macro shot showing off the bract veining really well.

    Bilbo675 - Echinacea, really? - mesmerising choice, incredibly clear

    Jenny - a pink poppy - lovely colour and good choice i.e. petal detail

    Sian - Swallowtail - I like the delicate setting (what the butterfly rests on)

    The 3 that stood out most to me were:

    1) Highland Coo Moth - Dave W - Lovely, hairy, unusual subject, am I the only person who wants to cuddle it?

    2) Hover Hungry - Capney - Crisp focus and the surrounding petals give it real impact.

    3) Echinacea, really? - Bilbo675 - Sometimes you need to get in close to really appreciate detail.
