Your back and joint problems sound painful FM.....take it easy with plenty of breaks and cups of tea! A Minton floor sounds good.

 

That's very kind of you FM, but, when I visit Shiney's I'll be returning home with my boot filled with plants (hopefully!) and there won't be room (I only have a little car )
