    Latest update!

Finally the guy turned up this afternoon. Took him around half an hour to spray....£100 cash so a huge difference to the other company. He admitted it's bad but has seen worse. Anyway he told me i should see when it starts dying off as it will turn brown but has said it will sprout next year so will probably need to call him around April/May.

The chemical he's used today, the licence on that runs out in January so legally isn't supposed to be used after then though as he said, some who have stock in will use it.
Now i just start praying!! :love30:

Will he clear the area once it’s worked it’s magic and will he return to check on his work after a few weeks?

No....i guess thats why i got it "cheap". He said in some cases after it's dead, it's possible to sweep with a strong brush but may well need to gather most by hand. He has said to contact him if it's still looking lively after a few weeks and he will come out again.

Ok, just see how it pans out. Next year you should have a lot less to handle.

Just remembered i hadn't update you all with the results!! This is how my previous horror invasion now looks. It began dying off and turning brown about four days after application. Now need someone to rake it out and cart it off to a dump and whover is up for the job, am prepared to make it worth their while as you can see the next job is pruning back those damn conifers planted by a nuisance neighbour.

One good thing about this dead Marestail.....it smells like hay!

Finally got pics sorted! This is what my now dead Marestail looks like. Yes it's a mess but much more preferable to what i had! All i need is to find someone to clear it then get those conifers pruned back.

That looks very dead! Should be relatively easy for someone to clear it up for you. Good job you got it done before Kurtail was no longer available.

Looks completely dead, lets hope it doesn't reappear.
