    Not everyone as it cycles every 7 years, sometimes its accumulative sometimes completely differing..... Althiugh they are lush

    I have a big jar of it in the cupboard and every now and then need to have it on toast, the urge rising from nowhere but I've got to have it!!!:coffee:

        Absolutely agree. Although I'd probably leave out the marmite/bovril, and substitute cheese and onion crisps. And a big mug of tea instead of coke.

        The same wheat / spud /dairy combo works with a different effect, but still delicious, in the classic chip butty on well-buttered white bread.

        I often have a nice mug of hot Marmite drink if I've got insomnia. Seems to work.
