You do have options with this one Pete, pixels/centimetres/inches/percent, like ive said I always use custom 900x900 it works on all forums I use and the picture is big enough to see.

Sorry to keep banging on about it, but I still cant see why they never give you a Kb option, bearing in mind most sites state, pics should be no bigger than........Kb

 

Just find a convertor from pixels/centimetres/inches/percent to KB something like this might help Pete,

No forum I use states an exact picture size, as long as peeps can see it that's all that matters.

 

Also Pete if you right click on any picture then click on properties it will tell you its size in KB/MB.

Yes I take on board what you are saying about it, but they mostly say a maximum size permissible.
Up till now I've gone through the process of downsizing and image, then having to save it in order to find out how many Kb the resized image is, often it would turn out to be just slightly too big, so I'd then have to go through the process again.

 

It does to me Pete that's why I use 900x900 pixels it works on all forums give it a try, for the record it works out @ 191KB, I look at forum largest picture size like a speed limit you don't have to reach it .

 

Set settings to this and forget about it it will resize the picture to the same size ever time and you will be able to post it .

One way i sometimes use is

Open picture then hit f2 on the key board which will open up resize box

 

Yes not had problems loading pic on gardeners corner.
It's other places that state how many Kb maximum size you are allowed.
