            Hi @wiseowl I had an head on my rose tree at the back dying so cut it off and it's got 24 petals...the rose tree is sweet scented and I could smell it in the garden today...they open up yellow and beach and once opened turns a light pink in colours...ID please when your ready no rush :)

                  Woo no need to rush as you have others to do mate but I don't know if this info helps...when it grows it's tall as you've seen but one head will bloom to one stem...sometimes the odd extra one will come but very rare ...weird :scratch:

                  Here are a few of the roses in my garden.

                  I'm not clear what variety they are.

                  That one is a hybrid rose of some sort :)

                  And this is an out of control climber that we overlooked pruning. It was a waterfall of roses but now they have mostly dropped off. It's a bit difficult to dead head.

                  If we did would they flower again?
