    Thank you @Mrs Hillard.

    I was going to say Complicata. I had it at my old house. It flowered like mad but only once, no repeat flowering. Wish I could have brought it with me.

      Many thanks. I will make a note to move it to a better spot.

        @Mrs Hillard , A lovely collection.

        Some of mine taken this morning, with difficulty as it was quite windy so apologies for poor quality pics.

          @lizzie27 I think your rose looks more like Queen Elizabeth. My New Dawn is a paler pink and the stems aren't so straight.

            @Busy-Lizzie , I think you are probably right, I've always been a bit suspicious that I had the wrong rose and I think @Mrs Hillard thought so too.
            I like it anyway as I'm a fan of the HT shape of bloom.

                      Growing on my fence - looked lovely until heavy rain a couple of days ago :(
                      Neither has any scent and I think the pink one is just an enthusiastic shrub rose
                      upload_2024-5-25_12-4-21.jpeg

                      Gentle Hermione - lovely when they first open and a good scent, but within 24 hours they colour fades to a grubby white. I may well pull them out at the end of the season.

                        Mary Delaney and The Pilgrim are possibly at their best now, in their first flush and before rain, wind and pests get to them
                        IMG_4033.jpeg

                        I love the colour of the stems on Mary Delaney, they really complement the colour of the roses.
                        IMG_4035.jpeg

                        The Pilgrim as always, is covered in black spot but the blooms are beautiful.
