Ive just been reading about Black Elderberry for getting rid of cold virus.Apparently all parts of the Elder are useful,it states thatthe leaves will deter mice,Going to try when the leaves emerge j

Not yet IMP. But get them out quick before you are sussed. :D But you could just humanely kill the little darlings. (Come to think of it do that quick I hear there is a plan to make everything illegal.) (See we aren't that far apart) [IMG]

I don`t see how it`s illegal to release mice back into the wild. They are a native species. Releasing animals NOT native to Britain is illegal.

Does that include the Staffordshire Bull Terrier David? Sorry. I mean the one's like mine who don't speak English and think 'Come here' means 'Go do what the hell you like.' :D

Trust me it is,The wildlife and countryside act covers it if you doubt me.

I had to learn it when I sat my pestcontrol qualifications.

I find this very hard to believe, why would so many stores sell the humane traps if I can't release the mouse one I've caught it?? what am I supposed to do with it, keep it as a pet?? [IMG]

and surely the manufactures of the humane traps would be required to notify purchasers that they are breaking the law should they release anything they catch??

I would have thought that the laws are relating to professional pest controllers rather than the general public??
