mid-september flowers

    thanks sunrise, it must be with the weather been quite warm and no wind at the moment as thats what ruins them, the blustery weather off the north east sea.

    my sweetpeas are still flowering away but the foliage is looking a wee bit grotty :(

    Greenwizard a few weeks ago my sweet peas were dying off then all of a sudden they have come back and flowering loads [​IMG]

    Rosa, mine did that too! I'm letting them set seed now.
    What is that pretty pink and white striped flower in the picture underneath the sweet peas?

    liz it is the back of a the clematis it could be the flash on the camera as it is dark

    Even my honeysuckle is giving a second flush noticed today.

    This is unheard of and my geraniums still in full bloom.

    With away on holiday my containers well an dtrully passed as they did not get watered when we were away.

    Partly as i said to my neighbour they are normally startingto go past at this time of year.

    But I am proved wrong its nice still to see a splash of colour.
