    Before I posted Armandii I checked it out on the web and the makers of Round-up say it's systemic. :)

        Round up is definately 'systemic' Armandii. 'Systemic' means it gets absorped by the plant's leaves and makes it's way through-out the plant, down into the roots in this case so it will hopefully kill off the Russian Vine with a few applications.

        BTW, "Round up" is a trade name, the active ingredient in Round-up is glyphosate, you can find much cheaper 'own brand' sprays in B&Q, Wilkos etc that contain glyphosate in exactly the same dilution rate.
