Wow!!! looks a great place. We are off to Cornwall for 1/2 term (Yikes!! only 8 days to go & I haven't got any new outfits yet!!!)

Where abouts is it, and can anyone suggest any other places for us to go & see? We are going to near Looe, but have done Eden & Heligan already - looking for elsewhere.... and can anyone reccommend a good plant centre??? I have gotta replace the Bananas I got from Eden I mudered this winter.....

(Sorry for hi-jacking your thread, Paladin...) Where did you stay?

Honeybee.... an excellent nursery to visit is Trevena Cross at Helston , if you are going down that far, lots of exotics. [IMG]

.... lots of exotics!!! ... don't know if I'll be able to persuade 'im indoors to go down that far... we're doing south east this year. Mind you - I'm hoping to lose 'im & the kiddies on a day's fishing - perfect opportunity to "go shopping"!!! he, he!!!!!!

Just a warning!!!.....There are major road works below Bodmin and Bristol and the traffic is worse than normal!
We left on Friday at 5pm and still didn't get home until 11pm. The trip is usually 4 hours

....Paladin - you can get some super "Dorset" cream teas around Weymouth!!! ;) ... and I think its a good job I don't like cream - the jeans wouldn't cope!!!! - but a good wedge of "Dorset" apple cake - mmmmmmm - nothing like it!! Mind you, I wouldn't refuse a fresh scone and home-made jam!!!

I think we are missing out the Bodmin car park this year - A31 - Honiton - Exter - M5 - then shoot off down towards Plymouth.... and no doubt join the Taymar Car park instead!!!
